We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to refresh your wardrobe immediately.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
